REFUNDS POLICY

We only give refunds or credit for another Awanay rug if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Since our rugs are handmade from start to finish it´s important to know that there might be differences from one rug to another or from the final rug to the original sample. We consider it a good thing since each rug is unique and special. We do not give refunds if the texture or the colors is slightly different. These differences are inherent to the type of products we make. Also, regarding the size, please allow a 2% tolerance in the measurement.

WARRANTY

AWANAY does not offer a period of warranty. In case you have any inconvenience with your product please contact us and we´ll happily assist you. We are 100% service oriented so we really care about our client´s satisfaction.

DISCLAIMER

- We do not take responsibility for the wrong use of the rug. They are meant to be used as floor coverings or as decorative accents. We also take no responsibility for any injuries involved with the use of our rugs.

- AWANAY accepts no responsibility for damages caused by persons following the cleaning and care procedures listed in these instructions. This is simply advice and you should always contact an experienced rug cleaning professional if you are ever in doubt regarding the care of your rug. We also take no responsibility for the wrong maintenance of the rug.
